Check in time is from 4pm on the day of arrival and check out time is 10am on day of departure. 

We know that travelling doesn't always go to plan so where possible, so we do our best to be flexible around arrival times.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that things happen, so we always do our best to be flexible with cancellations and changes to bookings. 

​

• We require a £50 deposit to secure all bookings. If for any reason you need to cancel your stay 6 weeks or less before your planned arrival date then we will refund you the balance minus the booking deposit. 

​

• A full refund will be offered to any bookings cancelled more than 6 weeks prior to the planned arrival date.

​

• We will do our best to move or change bookings as the need arises and if we can accommodate you on another date then there will be no charge. The deposit may be retained for last minute changes which cannot be accommodated.

​

• COVID – Should you need to cancel your booking for any reason relating to the COVID pandemic, then all monies will be returned to you in full.
